The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to both the BTS and MRT stations. You can conveniently explore the city using the Skytrain and metro. there are plenty of taxis available, so you won't have to wait long in the queue. The hotel is situated in the Silom area, which is a bustling and vibrant neighborhood.
The breakfast area can get quite crowded at times, which can be a drawback for those looking for a peaceful start to their day.

the spa and wellness centre is a heaven on earth, with a variety of treatments that could make you forget you're in the middle of a bustling city. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area are beautifully designed and provide a peaceful escape.
Although the service was impeccable, the staff was a bit slow in responding to my requests at times.
